Holly P. Hilton

Holly Hilton has been practicing law since 1987, doing estate planning for most of them and litigating for twenty-four years. She has been focusing in the elder and special needs planning arena, obtaining guardianships and conservatorships and addressing long term care, for twelve years. She is on the Board of the Disability Law Center of Virginia and the Arc of the Piedmont, and served for seven years as Vice Chair of the Aging in Place Business Roundtable of the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce.  She brings many years of experience and great joy in meeting and serving clients with compassion, dedication, and a passion for bringing good out of troubles to her work. Holly Hilton received her Juris Doctor (J. D) from The National Law Center of George Washington University in 1987 and her Bachelors of Business Administration in 1981, also from George Washington University.

Doug Hilton, Of Counsel

Doug Hilton has been serving the Corporation for National and Community Service in various capacities for 25 years, the majority in the Office of General Counsel. He has served simultaneously as Of Counsel for Hilton & Associates since its inception in 2006. In the private practice of law, Doug Hilton has experience in handling property and commercial cases, business formation and non-profit organization, and estate planning. Doug graduated from the National Law Center in 1981 and got his BA in Political Science from The George Washington University in 1987.
