Education Law
 Education Law pertains to matters involving the rights of individuals to get a quality education. We work with parents and students to ensure this right is protected. Holly Hilton has a thorough, working knowledge of the requirments of the Individuals with Disabilites Education Act of 2004, and can critically analyze its requirements and interplay with the requirements of its accompanying administrative regulations, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and other related governing laws and cases.
